Train Watching in Seattle

A special steam train excursion was run in Seattle over the last weekend. It was special for a couple reasons - the engines were two of the more famous steam engines in the U.S. (the SP 4449 and the UP 844), and this was the first time they had ever doubleheaded. We went over Friday morning and watched them pass through Carkeek Park, and then on Saturday we were downtown so headed over to the Olympic Sculpture Park to watch it pass by.
